Changzhou Huawei Mould Introduces SpreX Die Spotting Machine In Batches

Founded in 1992, Changzhou Huawei Mold Co., Ltd. mainly manufactures plastic injection moulds for automobile and household appliances. It has been rated as an excellent supplier by FAW Volkswagen, General Motors, Yanfeng, Electrolux as well as Philips, is considered a top mould manufacturer in China.
Huawei Mould is strict with selecting its production equipment because of its high mould quality requirements. As for die spotting machines, Huawei Mold relied on imported machinery prior to 2010. In 2011, Huawei Mould had to expand the production capacity for its die spotting machines.After surveying the domestic mould industry, an interesting phenomenon was found: Over half of the mould manufacturers were using SpreX guide pillar type die spotting machine, and the users all spoke highly of SpreX. Moreover, this model offers numerous advantages in structure compared to the current die spotting machines used in the factory.
Through comprehensive evaluation, Huawei Mould decided to purchase SpreX guide pillar type die spotting machine (SX300JM), which was installed in September 2011. After using SpreX for a certain time period, Huawei Mold confirmed that the quality and efficiency of its mould matching had seen significant improvement, mainly reflected in:
- The encircling guiding mechanism adopted in the moving die holder improves die spotting precision.
- The four mould clamping cylinders with rectangular distribution improve the pressure uniformity of the mould.
- Both sides of movable and fixed moulds are removed from the structure, which improves working space of workers.
From the initial acquaintance to the present coexistence, Huawei Mold has continuously purchased several SpreX guide pillar die spotting machines of models (SX300JM, SX350JM, SX500JM-YC and SX600JM-YC) since 2011, and has engaged in many discussions with SpreX the development of a new generation die spotting machines. According to Huawei, it will establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship with SpreX shall together, continue to contribute to the development of the mould industry.
